There are 57 rooms in total and covering almost all the categories like - Deluxe, Doubles, Suites, Executive Suites (Apartments) and cottage (with 2 Bed rooms each). The rooms speaks out their story itself on this aloof and alone monkey point of the big Mountain. In whichever room you are most of the day the clouds become your room partners as they come from nowhere.

Facilities :
It amazing that as to have a normal life at this peak of mountain it is very difficult but the kind of facilities being provided to Timber Trial guests are simple imaginable.... and so often you come across with such questions that they would have done it, arranged everything here etc. etc. The facilities out her are even more then the Timber Trail Resort accept the parking as we cannot take your up there hence our trolley. Accept you (our most friends) nothing travels there and your baggage.
Timber Trail Heights consists Golf Course * Tennis Court * Shops * Gymnasium with all kinds of baths * gardens for kids to play and ample opportunities for your and your to exercise and the distances and store them with your through zooms. We have a special service for photography.

Conferences :
There are in total three number of conference Rooms at Timber Trail Parwanoo Resorts. Their Capacities range from as small as 20 persons to as large as 200 persons at one go. These conferences are spacious enough to be used for multi purpose activities like parties, meetings, conferences, get-to-gathers etc. etc.

It has recently opened its new conference hall with a capacity of 350 pax in theatre style, and boasts of the latest technology - laptop connections, multimedia, DVD so on. An already existing venue for conferences at the resort has 60 covers in theatre style and 30 pax that can be arranged as per need.
