Location :
Bhimtal in Uttaranchal is situated at a distance of 22 kms from famous Kathgodam railway station & 325 km. from New Delhi, and 17 km. from Nainital. The place gots its name from the legendary mythical character of Mahabharata, Bhim. The largest lake in the district, Bhimtal measures 1701 meters by 265 meters.
