Kappad Beach

One hour journey from NC Gardens. It is famous due to arrival of first Portuguese traveller, Vasco De Gama in 1498. A very serene beach with calm waters to wade in and rock formations to climb up.

Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary

Thousands of migrating birds from all over the world and varieties of native birds nestle here during season starting from November. The sanctuary is located across a cluster of scenic little islands at the mouth of the River Kadalundi.


Aathirampalli Water falls

It is located 148 KM from Calicut in Trichur district. The waterfalls and streams make the hilly region a real feast for the eyes.


Thusharagiri Water falls

One hour Journey from NC Gardens. It is one of the recently identified tourist centers in Wayanad. The waterfalls and gurgling streams and the enchanting forests are really a feast for the eyes.

Wayanad Wild life Sanctuary

Wayanad is famous for its wild life sanctuary, with a rich variety of flora and fauna which attracts lots of people. Pookode Lake and Lakkidi are also places ideal for picnic parties. The natural caves at Edakkal with ancient carvings arouse great anthropological interest


Beypore Port

Only half ‘n hour journey from NC Gardens. Beypore Port is famous for its boat building yard where mammoth country sailing vessels known as "URU" are being built. It is a major fishing harbour of Kerala. There are two man made extensions to the sea to facilitate easy access for fishing boats. This is an ideal location for a picnic outing.

Guruvayoor Temple

This is one of the most sacred Hindu temples in Kerala where devotees from world over throng to see. Traditional temple architecture in all its glory can be viewed here.
