Restaurant :
In the Dining Room Executive Chef Jagatram and Indian Chef Dina provide an and versatile multi cuisine & local menu. Our Chefs always strive to provide you high standard of food from a constantly changing buffet menus.
Much of the fresh produce and salad comes straight from the farms. The exquisitely decorated "Banjar" dinning room features hand painted Tiger paintings & photographs of Shikar days. Outside is the walled Choupal (Meeting place) which outdoor dining experience with a bon fire in winters.
Just outside is the 'Baradari'-Al-fresco dining area which is lit at night by log fire you are so close to nature that you can feel the silence of the jungle, occasionally broken by the sounds of the nocturnal creatures coming alive.
